London, Baby!

On May 19th we did a short trip with the Eurostar to London - waking up at 5am in the Morning ... yawn!!!
But all worth it: Check out the exhibition 'Bodies' yourself if you have a chance (http://www.bodiestheexhibition.com/) - we spent over 2 hours there!

And the evening program was 'The rocky horror show' (http://www.rockyhorror.co.uk/) - don't miss it, but make sure you dress up (hm, down?) appropriate...

Scherben bringen Glück

In Germany we have the saying 'Scherben bringen Glück', meaning 'Pieces of broken glass bring luck'. And as I had many many of those pieces lately, I will make this my first blog entry.
On April 17th, one hour before leaving to the airport to fly to South Africa, the shelve in my kitchen felt from the wall!
Just BANG!
It was hanging there for 6 years, all my nice blue dishes, glasses and some pieces I was really hanging on where standing on it, nobody did anything to the shelve, but hey, it just felt down...
So lots of broken glass, lots of luck!!!
